@John C The problem is that Tech Support will experiment with our live database and that is what I don't want. Creating Statements in QBO is like doing entries or creating transactions. It even gives a Statement number. Doing so in the live database will create unnecessary data, confuse the person doing Statements, create confusion if clients asked for past statements and if these Statements with errors are sent to clients, it will even create more confusion..
