I'll share the steps on how to get rid of your QuickBooks password, @so frustrated.
While we're unable to delete the password prompt, you can remove the password from the user settings. Let me walk you through how.
- Go to the Company menu at the top. Then, choose Set up Users and Passwords.
- Enter the existing password in the Change QuickBooks Password window. Then, leave the New Password and Confirm Password fields blank.
- Scroll through to the challenge question and choose the Select option, and leave the answer blank.
- Click OK.
