I think you may have missed the core of this issue. It isn't that I don't know how to create an invoice for a customer.  It's that the customer's name does not print on the invoice.  With the default Intuit Product Invoice, in the Bill To box, you get the customer's address but not the person's name.  I think the problem is that there are no Customer Name or Full Name choices in the Add Data Field dialog box.  (Please see the attached image for that dialog.)  I tried Customer Contact, but there was nothing in that field, and there is nothing in the Customer Information interface called Customer Contact that I can see.
