Yes, you can, JHernandez425.

I'm here to help you run and customize the Profit and Loss Comparison report in QuickBooks Online.

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Enter Profit and Loss Comparison in the search field, then click to open.
  3. Click Customize.
  4. In the Report period drop-down menu, choose the length of time you want to see.
  5. In the Compare another period drop-down menu, select the Previous year checkbox to see the same timeframe and dates last year.
  6. Select the Previous Period checkbox if you want to see the last period for the length of time you selected.
  7. From the Compare another period, select the  $/£ change or % change checkboxes to add those columns to the report.
  8. In the Accounting method section, choose Cash or Accrual.
  9. When you're ready, click on Run report.

To learn more about personalizing your reports, please see this article: Customize Reports.

Additionally, I've included an article that'll help you save current customized settings in QuickBooks. This helps you to easily access them in the future: Memorize Reports.

I encourage tagging me in the comment section if you have any other concerns or questions about running reports. I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
