No, you cannot add barcode images to your Forms/Templates in QuickBooks Enterprise. 

Work arounds: 

1. Use the QuickBooks Desktop Mobile app that allows you to send the PO to your phone so you can scan/receive. 

2. Add the barcode number to the PO

3. Print the labels and stick it on the PO
