Hi there, Steve_h,

You’re on the right track with adding your client to your QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA) account. Let me provide some additional insight to help clarify things for you.

To view your client under the Bookkeeping tab in your QBOA account, your client needs to add you as their accountant on their trial account. Once added, you’ll be able to access their account and collaborate seamlessly, even during their trial period. For detailed guidance, you can refer to this helpful article: Invite accountant users.

If the trial expires, your client will have the option to reactivate their account by subscribing to QuickBooks Online (QBO). This will ensure uninterrupted access and continued use of the platform beyond the trial period.
