Your QuickBooks Online (QBO) ProAdvisor certifications can be accessed through the ProAdvisor Academy within your QBO account. However, the credential ID and shareable URL required for LinkedIn are provided by Credly, not directly through QBO.
Here's the complete process to access your ProAdvisor credentials within QBO:
- Log in to your QuickBooks Online Accountant (Proadvisor) , and select Training.
- Navigate to My History to see your completed certifications.
- Look for your completed certification (it should show Completed on: [date]).
You can also manage your Credly account to showcase your ProAdvisor Academy certifications and simplify badge management.
After passing your certification, you should have received an email from Credly prompting you to accept your badge. Once you accept the badge on Credly, it provides the credential ID and shareable URL required for LinkedIn.
