I appreciate you using the To-Do/Reminders facility. However, this feature is no longer available in the updated version of QuickBooks Online. 

On the Recurring transactions page, when you select Use for a specific transaction, QBO will automatically create the transaction with the current date. You can still update the date if needed before saving.

Once you've saved the transaction, you can find it in the Sales transactions tab, and then filter the date.
