Like the others, I have had that specific preference checked for years, so it's not a matter of setting preferences. And there is no X in the corner of the pop up window to close the screen. If you click on Maybe Later, nothing happens. If you click on Find Out More, it opens a new window, but doesn't get rid of the original one. 

To have to exit out of the system and log back in is an absolutely ridiculous solution. I can't believe that this is the only way to get rid of that box and can only surmise that this is being done purposely to push add-ons on your customers who are already paying a hefty sum.
