Yes, they would still be visible, masterkaren627.

 

After making a customer inactive in QuickBooks Online, their profile and all past transactions remain saved and accessible in your records. You can view their history and details even while they are inactive.

 

Additionally, you have the option to reactivate the customer later if needed, restoring their active status without losing any data. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the list of your customers.
  2. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right-hand corner of it, then check Include inactive.
  3. The inactive customer will now appear in your list with the word (deleted) next to their name.

Once you see it, click on their name to view their profile and all their past transactions. You can also click Make active once you're ready to activate the customer in the future.
