Have you tried requesting a callback through your QBO product? This is usually the best option to get in touch with a specialist to help you answer any questions you may have. Here's how:
- Go to the Help ? icon in the top right-hand corner.
- Press the Contact Us button.
- Enter your questions and hit Let's talk.
- Scroll down and choose to Get a callback or Request a callback.
Afterwards, you should receive an estimated time frame of when they will give you a call.
