This pop up window pops up even with the setting turned on. When you hit "maybe later" nothing happens, the window persists and blocks everything behind it. I've submitted bug reports through the help menu every single time it happens. Our only conclusion is that you are ignoring this bug because you want us to click "find out more" instead. Ignoring user preferences and decisions is unethical. You should stop.
