I attempted to use the new shipping manager but not getting the correct negotiated rates for my UPS account.  I have checked and rechecked all entered information and it is correct but the rates to ship using UPS and almost 3x higher than I normally pay.  What do I need to do to fix this?  This issue is creating serious issues for me in my time management.  We process orders all day and it is taking much longer than we are used to because we can no longer use UPS through QB.  Thanks in advance for any advice or suggestions.
