Today is the first time QB has asked me if i wanted to use the new shipping manager.  When i tried to set it up in UPS i'm getting the following error as soon as I enter my UPS password. 

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://www.ups.com/lasso/login" on this server.

I find it a little difficult to accept that the old shipping system is being turned off when the new one isn't working. How does a software company do something like this? This is a cluster.
