@Kindra  While there is a setting under the Edit menu, Preferences, General, My Preferences tab for 'Turn off pop-up messages for products and services', it won't turn off every single advertisement, only most of them.

I'm afraid you're stuck in the Discovery Hub hell with the rest of us, or at least until they kill off Desktop for good.
