Come on QuickBooks! We've been pleading for help on Project:  budgeted vs actual costs for over 6 years now.  It is such a basic tool in the cost accounting world that I cannot believe this hasn't been addressed in QuickBooks.  Even a small project (i.e. a contractor is building a deck and stairs for homeowner) the business wants to see what they expected costs to be versus what the actual costs are so he knows if he is estimating jobs correctly or if the staff is wasting time and materials for the project. Please consider this improvement before you lose any more customers.
