We have stuck with Desktop for another 2 years because of these issues! Now, with another $300/year increase in the cost of Desktop, we have to look at other options. Again! Do better, Quickbooks! We need the ability to customize packing slips, enter payroll manually, and adjust item prices by bulk. I was told we need to purchase Quickbooks Advanced at $3k per year to have all of these options. We used to spend $350 every 3 YEARS for Quickbooks desktop!
