I understand the importance of using the scan manager feature. Scan Manager was discontinued in QuickBooks Desktop 2022. Please know that we're working to improve the product to meet your business needs while also keeping up with the growth in technology.
For now, I encourage submitting feedback directly to our Product Development Team. Our developers review each request and consider them all for future updates. You can use the steps I'm including below to submit your suggestions.
- Open your QuickBooks Desktop company file.
- Go to the Help menu, then select Send Feedback Online and choose Product Suggestion.
- Enter your feedback and click Submit.
