In QBDT, reminders pop up daily to notify users of overdue invoices, upcoming recurring transactions, and other tasks. While QBO doesn't provide an identical pop-up feature, it offers the Tasks feature to track important items by organizing them into sections such as overdue, today, and upcoming.
Recurring transactions not appearing under Tasks might be caused by a damaged template. Deleting and recreating the recurring transactions, while selecting the "Reminder" type during setup, could resolve this and ensure they appear in the Tasks menu.
You can view your recurring transactions and their due dates by pulling up the Recurring Template List report. Here's how:
