I appreciate your effort in following the steps provided by my colleague, @Elissiah. Let's dive more into this and perform other troubleshooting to get your Help menu to work.

Keeping your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) updated with the latest release will help fix and retrieve the functionality of the Help menu. Before doing so, I recommend uninstalling and then reinstalling the system to have the newest features and product improvements.

Note: Before doing the steps below, it's important to back up your QBDT company file to avoid data loss.

To uninstall QBDT, here's how:

  1. Open the Windows Start menu. Search for “Control Panel”, then open Control Panel.
  2. Click Programs and Features or Uninstall a Program.
  3. From the list of programs, select the version of QuickBooks Desktop you want to remove.
  4. Choose Uninstall/ChangeRemove, and then Next.
  5. If you don’t see this option, sign out and sign back into Windows as an admin (or a user with admin rights).

After that, download and install QBDT to open your company file. For the step-by-step guide, please see this article: Install QuickBooks Desktop.

If the issue persists, I highly recommend contacting our QuickBooks Live Team so they can help you further with this.

You can visit this article to learn how to manage your accounts, products, contacts, billing, and user ID access in QBDT: Change, manage or update your Intuit account with CAMPs.

You can comment below if you have other QuickBooks-related questions. The Community is always here whenever you need additional information about the Help menu. I'll keep the thread open.
