Since you mentioned that you already connected QuickBooks Online (QBO) to Hubspot, it's best to check if you have already turned on the sync feature from Hubspot. With this, it's best to contact Hubspot support since they can explain and assist you better with the navigation to turn on this feature and modify its settings.
