I have not been using QB long and I came here because I thought that there is NO WAY that there isn't an option somewhere that I could turn on for this capability. I was a little taken aback that that was not the case for software that is supposedly "Accounting" software. Sending our customers a bill that has already aged two weeks from the date I really need it posted is not an option. The only thing we do I guess is an accrual but what a crazy thing to have to do.
