Uploading sales receipts in QuickBooks Online creates a new transaction with the receipt attached for you to review. However, attachments for downloaded bank transactions depend on the information provided by your financial institution. For now, you can consider manually attaching the missing file. I'll guide you through the steps.

 

  1. Go to Bank transaction and 
  2. Select a transaction in the For review tab
  3.  Click Add attachment.
