I can see how relevant and convenient it is to scan receipts and documents to attach them efficiently to your transactions, Haresh.

 

As QuickBooks commits to developing straightforward financial tools and features, updates of the QuickBooks Scan Manager to Attached Documents have been established to improve compatibility with the program. This ability continues to help you scan documents using mobile devices and import them into your company file. 

 

With the recent update feature, this can still be used in previous, currently supported QuickBooks Desktop versions. Please know that we value and prioritize your overall experience, and I would greatly appreciate your patience and understanding as work towards improving the program.

 

For now, you may continue utilizing the QuickBooks Desktop mobile app and snap documents to your account. You can then add them to your invoices, purchase orders, or other transactions.
