Welcome to the Community thread, @Brog139. I'm here with some information about sending invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and will help you achieve your goal.

For the time being, the ability to send invoices through text is unavailable in QBO. I can see how you would want to have this feature as this is undeniably convenient and would benefit not just you, but other users as well. 

That being said, let's send this feature request to our Product Developers so they can consider adding this in future updates. 

Here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner.
2. Select Feedback under Profile.
3. Share your feedback.
4. Click Next to submit.

Another easy way to share your feedback is to enter it through this link: QuickBooks Online Feature Requests.

In the meantime, you can consider sharing your invoice link with your customers through text. Here's how:

1. From the Invoice page, click Save and share link.
   
   
    
2. Copy the link and send it to your customer.

Additionally, when the email address that you're referring to is the Customer-facing email, please know that this can't be removed as this comes with the invoice, indicating that it's from the specific company. You can however change it, as a workaround.
