I appreciate all the fixes you performed to resolve the issue. Error H202 indicates that something is preventing multi-user from connecting to your server.
If you haven’t already, allow QuickBooksDBXX and QBCFMonitorService admin permissions on your server computer. Visit this article for the instructions: Set up folder and Windows access permissions to share company files.
Moreover, ensure that your server computer lets QBDT through your firewall.
- First, set up Windows for firewall exemptions.
- Once done, open QBDT on your workstations.
- Go to File and click Switch to Multi-user Mode.
