We greatly appreciate your feedback and will be sharing it with the appropriate parties for consideration. Software updates, such as the discontinuation of Scan Manager, come following carefully considered decisions that we do not make lightly. We understand the uncomfortable position it may put you in and, while we are unable to promise that the Scan Manager feature will be returned, we do feel it important your feedback is shared.

Scan Manager was replaced with Attach Documents in the QuickBooks Document Center, as you may be aware. In addition to uploading via mobile, which I understand may be time consuming for large documents, you can also utilize the software of your scanner to create documents, and then attach them with Attach Documents.  Additional information on this feature and process can be located here, https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/help-article/multi-user-mode/quickbooks-document-c...
