Currently, we are unable to send an invoice directly through text message. Although, the option given is not direct from QuickBooks Online (QBO) through SMS. However, you can use the Save and Share link option to send an invoice link to your customers by SMS so they can view and pay their invoices.
While considering your suggestions, I also recommend you send this feedback directly to our product engineers. Doing so will enable us to comprehend what features business owners demand to conveniently use the product. Here’s how:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Select Feedback.
- Enter a brief description of your product suggestion.
- Click Next to submit feedback.
Once your clients decide to pay, you can start recording and receiving invoice payments in your company file to keep your records in shape.
