What I do find is that I get more and more discouraged doing all the extra steps just to save required documents and how I become more and more dissatisfied with Quickbooks. It takes so much longer. I am just baffled at how much this company does not care AT ALL about all of its upset customers. Every single transaction I do in Quickbooks requires the backup documents to be attached. Honestly, this company has made my job much more difficult. The only way this company can redeem itself is to figure out the scanning issue. Without that, they will not be given a compliment and it will be a cold day in hell before I give another small business a Quickbooks referral. I will however, tell anyone who ask about Quickbooks, to look for a different software program because Quickbooks feels entitled to remove critical aspects of their programs without notifying its customers. Not to mention, the fee's remain the same even though we get less.
I was told once that every customer complaint is a good opportunity to change the situation for the better. However, it is the silent ones that can ruin a business.
There is eleven pages of complaints. Can you imagine how many silent customers that are equally upset with discontinuing Scan Manager.
