How do we get this matter escalated to someone that actually knows what's going on with getting an updated QuickBooks Online App for Mac download link made available to desktop upgraders?

@Rubielyn_J @Nicole_N @MichelleBh @MariaSoledadG @MirriamM @Anonymous  - all of you have commented on this thread - one of you must care enough to get this matter properly understood and properly escalated. 

Right now there is more misinformation in this thread than anything and most importantly, there is no guidance as to a deliverable solution which only consists of one thing - getting the link to the latest "tango" version of the QuickBooks Online App for Mac released.
