Ok -- This was annoying. 

If you put your employer number into Quickbooks - it requires a password. They condiser that as "sensative"

Go to Company>>My Company and Remove the EIN> 


Then do what is suggested above:

Go to the Company menu at the top. Then, choose Set up Users and Passwords.

Enter the existing password in the Change QuickBooks Password window.
Then, leave the New Password and Confirm Password fields blank.

Scroll through to the challenge question and choose the Select option, and leave the answer blank.

Click OK.


That should do it.
