Buy nowWelcome to the discussion Divina_N, on the case of the attachment either QB is out of touch with the reality on how the attachment is used or don't care about our needs, either way Intuit is not resolving our issue. I follow your links and notice the attachment is done via a picture take from a phone, is this an employee phone?, is that how Intuit attach documents to their records?, you as Intuit employee, how many pictures of Intuit records you have in your phone or had you take using your phone? Where is the privacy for a business that way?, Or we are suppose to buy a phone for each employees, or have one at the corner of the office and everyone goes there with their documents to take a picture and attach it to QB, or have someone walking around the office asking who need to attach a document?
You got the "picture"? Is just not working for us.
Not sure what is the reason behind the removal of the scanner, but I don't think is a technical one, Intuit make software.
