I just spent all day with your same problem and finally figured it out on my own after an all day run around with support.  I ended up having to disconnect the Chronos (online backup) app from the original company and then reconnect it and that triggered some other instructions to go into the new company settings and turn off advanced automation.  After I did that it worked!  Now the new issue is that it didn't copy projects, recurring transactions, reports or tags...ugh.
