I am having the same problem... tons fo hours on the phone with worthless tech support.  It is SUPER annoying.  I too cannot set the copy-to field... and frankly, even getting a backup of the "from" company was almost impossible.  I also need help with this same problem.  QB support is NEARLY worthless....
