Thank you for responding to my blog post indicating my frustration level with this task of migrating an existing company and its’ data to a new donated subscription. I have tried all of the troubleshooting suggestions; going incognito and clearing “cookies” etc. to only be back at “square 1” in this process. Do you have a direct line phone number to your “top tier” tech support that won’t leave me hanging on the line waiting for hours? Please give me some tools I can work with!!!!
