Since the solutions shared above aren't working for you, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team to help you check what's causing this to happen. 

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help menu from your QuickBooks company, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter your issue and select Let's talk, then choose a way to connect.
