Hi there, @TempleFiergola.

It's my pleasure to answer your query in this Community thread. At this time, the ability to pay more than two accounts using direct deposit is unavailable.

In QuickBooks Online Payroll or QuickBooks Desktop Payroll, you're able to use two accounts for each employee's direct deposit. To set them up, follow the steps and screenshots below.

QuickBooks Online Payroll:

  1. Go to the Payroll menu.
  2. Select the Employees tab.
  3. Click the employee name and then press Edit Employee.
  4. Scroll down to the bottom and find step 6, How do you want to pay [Employee Name].
  5. Click the Pencil icon.
  6. From the drop-down, choose Direct Deposit to two accounts.
  7. From there, you can enter the accounts an employee will want to use.
  8. Hit Save.

QuickBooks Desktop Payroll:

  1. Go to the Employees menu and then choose Employee Center.
  2. Select the employee's name from the list.
  3. Click the Payroll Info tab.
  4. Select the Direct Deposit button, in the pop-up window, choose Direct Deposit to two accounts.
  5. Record the employee's bank account and details and then choose to enter the amount or the percentage used to deposit to the first account in the Amount to Deposit field. The remainder goes to the second account.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Enter direct deposit PIN when prompted.

I've added this article that outlines the details: Set up direct deposit for employees.
