Hi there, Yvonne. The not authorised error message you received occurs when your connection has expired.
Please know that HRMC requires you to reauthorise your MTD connection every 18 months to maintain secure access. To resolve and reconnect it, please follow the steps below:
- Open QuickBooks and follow the on-screen prompts for reauthorising your connection.
- Log in using your HMRC credentials in the pop-up window.
