Can anyone tell me which VAT codes I should be using for mobile phone roaming charges?

On my mobile phone bill there's a VAT code of 0% for roaming but it doesn't say which kind of 0% it is - E, Z, ECS etc.
Can anyone help please - it includes roaming inside and outside of the EU
