Thanks for updating us, @JackiePR. I know another way to troubleshoot this.
Since clearing your browser cache didn’t make a change and resolve the issue. You can use other supported browsers to sort it out. The following are supported on both web and mobile devices:
- Google Chrome: version 78 or newer
- Mozilla Firefox: version 76 or newer
- Microsoft Edge: version 75 or newer
- Safari: version 12 or newer (Mac only)
- Opera: version 68 or newer
- Samsung: version 10 or newer
Once logged in, go to the Taxes page and check. If the same thing happens, you can contact our support team to check the issue further. They have enough tools to determine the root cause and can provide more solutions. They can also perform further investigation about it if need be.
Before that, take a glimpse at our support hours so you’ll receive responses quickly. Then, you can follow the steps below to connect with us:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
- Go to the Help (?) menu.
- Select the Search tab, then click Contact Us.
- Enter your brief concern in the field.
- Tap Continue.
- Click the Chat or Callback option.
You might want to visit this Support page to get more insights, tips, and bookkeeping practices for managing taxes in QuickBooks. You can select each to view the details.
You can always write comments if you have other concerns or tax-related questions. I’ve got you covered. Keep safe!
