In QuickBooks Online (QBO), we handle the bill rate by recording a weekly timesheet and checking the "Billable" box. From there, you can enter the rate to bill the activity to the customer.
In this case, I'd suggest reaching out to the Minute 7 Technical Support Team since it's a third-party application. They'll help you with mapping transactions to add the additional services and hours (that did not come from the time system) into your QBO. They'll also process your request if they can automatically sync the bill rates from Minute 7 into your Online account.
Here's how:
- Go to Apps on the left side menu.
- Choose My Apps.
- Look for the third-party app you connect in QBO. Then, contact their technical support.
