Our engineers confirmed that we have an ongoing issue where some customers are unable to link Gmail contacts into QuickBooks Online. At this time, they're working on the system to fix this and find a permanent resolution.
While we're investigating this, I'd suggest contacting us so we can add you to the list of affected users. Once we have the fix, we'll send you an email update.
- Go to Help at the top and click the Contact us button.
- Enter Support in the What can we help you with? box.
- Hit the Let's talk button.
- Select the icon for Chat or Get a callback.
