Hello Denielle, thanks for posting on this thread, so it should show up for you as long as one of the lines on the journal is to the accounts payable and the name of the supplier is on the journal then it can be used like a supplier credit not to then pay of the bill. So you need to check that that information is showing up and correct for you.
