@Ailenethis is appalling. Closed??? This problem is widespread and still ongoing. please can we have a proper explanation, otherwise I will be going public with this. Me my clients and a whole load of folks on the forum we've been waiting since Feb 2022 for a fix and kept being told engineers are working on it. And now this. Its just a series of sticking plasters trying to fix a massive problem. Not to mention I was informed having registered my customers as suffering massively with this issue, I was assured I would get emailed updates on the progress. I have had nothing. Not happy.
