Erm Hello! I am in the same boat as you. On here you are mainly talking to others in the same boat or QB help staff paid to post work arounds . If you want to get anything changed the help staff just told us we need to phone the help desk and quote the INV number, instead of just telling each other on a forum we all have the same problem. The forum is fine for simple fixes but this issue is massive and they won't put money into fixing it if they don't know the scale of the problem - so we need to tell them. I'm never on hold for long when I call but not all the Helpline staff have been briefed on this issue. What we know is (1) it affects some customers and not others (2) its due to QB invoice emails being blocked at server(ISP) level by the recipient so the receipient never receives the email, not to their spam or anywhere else ; and (3) some sales invoices get through to a particular customer and some don't , depending on whther QB IT engineers have got their intuit domain re-instated as safe again or whether the bots have shut it down again, which means lots of work reconciling to figure out whcih invoices they are short of.
