I have seen repeated emails and threads asking me to call a number if I’m still having issues. I am, and I don’t have time to sit on hold to a help team waiting for them to just try and tell me that I’ve set something up wrong or to try switching it off and back on again. Ihave reset the app, installed every update and tried multiple things to rectify it. If it was set up incorrectly, it would not deliver ALL invoices, not just some, so it’s clearly an app problem, and a QuickBooks problem. When your are paying for a service, having to wait over a year for a solution to a simple problem, is quite frankly unacceptable. Considering the subscription is increasing in price too, I think it might be time to move to another invoicing and accounting solution, as it’s clear that the objective is to draw as many subscribers without actually putting effort into the service.
