Hi Woodpecker UK Ltd, the Import Style function was removed in product earlier this year as this was found to be a particular pain-point for customers, who were spending extended time mapping their template with QuickBooks. If you already have a template imported, you can continue to access and use this as before. There is currently no option to import a template for customer statements, and a default template will be applied when creating these.
