Transactions

Its good to see that QB are actually reading these posts - I wish you could be as quick to deal with the real issue behind the invoices not being received by customers. It is now unbelievable 8 months since we first reported the problem and 4.5 months since QB said it would be fixed by. 

We have c 450 invoices to send next month which will take far longer than they should. Are QB going to compensate us for their failure? 

My money is on that we won't even get a reply to that question.
