Strange thing is we haven't seen the problem occur for a few weeks.
I do know that QB uses a number of different email servers and it may be that they get different ones removed from blacklists at different times.
Then your all good until the next time it gets blacklisted.
The issue is probably caused by their IP addresses getting blacklisted due to spoofed fake invoices with malware links.
This shouldn't be a big deal getting sorted, amazon obviously gets spoofed a heck of a lot but they don't get blocked.
Its pathetic that they cant get it resolved, if they cant do it after 8 months why would they suddenly be able to.
Marking threads as solved when they are not is also bang out of order!
