Thanks JessT.  The questions that come to mind is what everyone else on this thread is asking...

 

What is the current update on this issue?

Why is this taking so long?

What is the current priority/escalation?

 

Being told that the team has been notified, a fix is being worked on, and it is of high priority is not sufficient. Someone of authority needs to step up and address this to the community and the steps being taken. This is not just about a broken function of sending any old email to a customer.  This about sending invoices to customers.  We shouldn't have to remind Intuit/Quickbooks what the consequences are of this issue -  not only is this costing us time, but money - cash flow and the ultimate ability to collect. 

 

I will reach out to the agent with my case number, but this community needs answers, not just me and my company.
